Didn't get a chance na magfeedback since wala nang tao sa Information but I hope his willingness to help and assist patient will be highlighted.

Salamat. Napakahusay ng services ninyo. Simula sa guard on duty, nurse sa OPD, sa HMO at sa mga janitor. Sa bigat ng pinagdadaanan ng mga maysakit nakakatuwa na naipapakita ninyo ang sincere concern. I had a very positive experience with Batangas Healthcare Specialists Medical Center. Very accommodating and kind ang mga staff, kaya naging comfortable kami throughout the process. Tinulungan din nila kami kung paano mag-decide in a way na kakayanin ng budget namin, which we really appreciated. Even though may HMO kami (Kaiser), very considerate pa rin sila and very helpful. Mabilis din ang approval ng Kaiser, kaya naging smooth ang lahat. Responsive din sila sa calls and even sa Messenger, which made communication very easy. Even yung mga staff na naka-duty sa emergency room, very responsive and attentive din, kaya nakaka-peace of mind especially during urgent situations.

Sobrang thankful kami sa service and support nila. Maraming salamat po.
